USAGE

• When in use, prepare the ink that matches the numbering machine and then add the ink to it. When adding ink, use an appropriate amount. Otherwise, if there is too much or too little, the handwriting will become unclear.

• When dialing, the control panel of the automatic numbering machine should be lifted, that is, the metal plate for adjusting the number jump. Then pull the switch to lock the handle, and then push the dial stick forward to number.

• When dialing a number, only a portion of the digits need to be dialed. For the remaining digits that do not need to be dialed, set the number to zero. Make his number wheel not on the same horizontal line as the other number numbers. When adjusting the numbers, excessive force should not be used; otherwise, it is easy to damage the metal code bars of the number machine.

• Move the connection key to the appropriate position as required. When the dial key is moved to zero, it indicates that consecutive numbers will not jump. When the hyphen is tuned to two, it indicates that the hyphen will jump only after being typed twice. When the serial number is set to one hour, it indicates that the number will skip each time it is dialed. It should be noted that when moving the tuning key, it needs to be lifted first and then moved to the corresponding position and lowered.

• When marking numbers, a soft pad should be placed under the automatic marking machine, which can increase its service life. After using the coding machine for a certain period of time, the dirt inside the machine should be cleaned. If it is not cleaned frequently, the coding machine cannot achieve good accuracy and continuity when coding.
